Application Process
Fabrics to be processed must be fully pre-treated, toensure no surfactant residue.
Pad finishing: one dip one pad under room temperature could be applied,
dosage: 10-30g/L,
drying and curing in 150-160 °C .
Dipping method:Reference dosage1-3%(o.w.f), drying in 170℃
For actual application, the process should be adjusted according to
correspondent preliminary trials.
Package & Storage:
Plastic drum net 60kgs or 120kgs, can be stored for 12 months under room
temperature and hermetic condition.
