Application Process
Fabrics to be processed must be fully pre-treated, toensure no surfactant residue.
Pad finishing: one dip one pad under room temperature could be applied,
dosage: 30-50g/L,
drying and curing in 150-170 °C .
Dipping method:Reference dosage3-5%(o.w.f), drying in 170℃
For actual application, the process should be adjusted according to
correspondent preliminary trials.
Note
1、The shear resistance of perfluoropolymer is very limited,therefore,high speed stirring
should be avoided,to prevent emulsion demulsification.
2、Do not recommend used in one-bath with silicone water repellent
and softener,otherwise the antifouling effect,especially the anti-
oil effect will be reduced.
Package & Storage:
Plastic drum net 60kgs or 120kgs, stored at 0-40℃,can be stored for 12
months under room temperature and hermetic condition.
